WHO AM I?

A decade ago, I was in the same place.

I wasn’t born with insane hops or rare genetics.
I didn’t dunk growing up.
And for a long time, I believed it just wasn’t in the cards.

What changed wasn’t motivation.
It was structure.

Through years of trial, error, and refinement, I built a system that helped me achieve my first dunk — and later helped others do the same, even when they thought it was impossible.

I’m Ayhab Farhat.
I coach athletes in Vancouver and online, and I’ve spent years studying not just how people jump — but why they hesitate.
